I would like to start with a question to all my dear readers: —When you first open a webpage, what will grab your attention? Well, answers may vary, but probably most of you will say” image”.
Yes. Image speaks louder than text, thus achieves a better publication effect. For text, people have to read and then comprehend in their minds to get a general idea of what the texts are trying to say, just like you are reading my post now. But I guess most of you are drawn here by the beautiful pictures below.
Today I am writing about a showcase of full screen slideshow websites. A compelling full screen image is shown in front of your eyes once entering the urls. This type of websites focuses so much on the image that they usually adopt a minimum-designed navigation bar and in other cases, the navigation bar is hidden in order to create an even better browsing environment for the images.
Provided with a full screen image, viewers can have a better visual experience in observing a certain product in details. By clicking the arrow icons, a fluid string of full screen images are presented one by one. In some cases, the images are shown automatically without having to click at all. Full screen slideshow is mostly seen in product demonstration websites of fashion-designed items such as jewelry, designed clothes and vehicles, as well as in photographer’s human portrait featuring websites.

Conclusion
Websites that adopt full screen slideshow do focus a lot on the importance of images, but concerning about the practical website content, proper amount of written language information of the product is also necessary, especially for e-commerce websites, that demonstrating your products in full screen slideshow is a good way to attract visitors, but your ultimate goal is to sell the products. There are two priorities to bear in mind, first, choose images that are attractive, make sure they come in high-resolution, second, add necessary written text to provide visitors with the information they might need. If you fail to do these, then a full screen slideshow website is totally a disaster, visitors see nothing but a bunch of unattractive images, how could you expect them to stay on your page let alone concluding a deal.
