Becoming a freelancer gives you absolute freedom. You will no longer be yelled at by your boss just because you made a minor mistake in your job, or simply because your creepy boss enjoys torturing his fellow employees. You will not again be driven to work harder than you could handle by a promotion or pay raise promised by your employer. These nightmares are long gone, since you are in the position to make all the decisions yourself.
